Specialising in outside catering for over 40 years throughout Bristol and the surrounding counties there's not many venues I won't have been to. Finding the perfect venue is one thing and getting the catering to match can often be equally challenging. From receptions in a formal country house to a village hall or a marquee in the garden I will share with you my years of experience and am more than happy to help you plan your perfect day. I can provide services ranging from table service to a buffet style layout and refreshments from a champagne reception to a fully licensed bar. Parties & Celebrations

Buffet

There's always plenty to organise for any get together so why no let me take one of the headaches of your hands. I will prepare in advance the your chosen food in my commercial kitchen and transport it in refrigerated vehicles to your venue and set everything up before your guests arrive. With over 10 fully refrigerated vans whether its a small get together of close friends at your home to several hundred guests at a formal venue no job is to big or small.

Corperate BBQ

From show house openings and topping out ceremonies to board room meeting lunches and catering for agricultural shows I offer a range of services tailored to any occasion including, hot and cold waitered or buffet style service to BBQ's and pig roasts or traditional sandwiches with tea and coffee. For promotional events I can also offer novelty ideas from candy floss for the kids to fresh donuts or jacket potatoes and soup from the Old Bristolian Steam Engine.

This is just a small selection of the services I can offer and with over 40 years of experience nearly all of my business comes from recommendations or repeat customers. The quality of the food and service can often make or break any occasion and I fully appreciate its often a daunting prospect handing over such an important part of your event to a stranger. I pride myself in my personable approach and regularly give talks to local groups and clubs sharing some of the experiences i have had over the years! I'm am very happy to arrange to meet with you in person to help plan your event and can provide many references if required.

Licensed Bars
If you holding a party and looking to make a night of it then why not think about having a fully licensed bar. Its often possible for us to set up a mobile bar in almost any location and we'll even sort out the necessary licensing for you.

The Old Bristolian Food Engine
A colorful mobile oven (for indoors or out) in the shape of a traditional Traction Engine.  Produces piping hot jacket potatoes with a selection of fillings, Hot Mince Pies, Tasty Sausage Rolls, only the imagination limits its uses.
   

The Candy Cart

Colorful Candy Floss spun before your eyes from an old fashioned street barrow, to the sound of traditional fairground music.
   
The Doughnut Barrow
Hot doughnuts made for you from an old Costermongers Cart.
A real novelty for any open day or promotion.
   
Product Samples and Cooking Demonstrations
Cooking Demonstration What ever the event from a new product your looking to promote with samples or if your looking for a qualified chef to do cooking demonstrations, I guarantee I have experience from similar companies which i will be able to share
